  1. Go to www.signup.formed.org
  2. Enter "Precious Blood Surrey" in the Search box to find then select our Parish - “Precious Blood Parish 17475 59 Ave Surrey BC“
  3. Click "Next”
  4. Enter your name and personal email address then click Sign Up 


Once registered:

  1. Go to https://watch.formed.org//browse
  2. If needed, click "SIGN IN" (Top right corner) then enter your registered email address and follow the instructions to complete the sign-in
  3. Start browsing the content
