The object of the Legion of Mary is the glory of God through the holiness of its members developed by prayer and active co-operation in Mary’s and the Church’s work. The Mary Help of Migrants Praesidium holds weekly meetings on Saturdays @ 10 am, where prayer and community-building are the focus. It is the Legion’s priority to promote the spiritual and social welfare of each individual.
Our members participate in the life of the parish through visitation of families with the pilgrim statue of the Blessed Virgin. There are 2 pilgrim statues available; one to visit a family for 1 week, and the second to stay for 3 weeks to comfort & console a sick individual.
